Mauleni Chemist is a licensed pharmaceutical retailer providing an online product catalogue, prescription upload facility, and order coordination via WhatsApp. We are not a telemedicine provider. Our website is an informational and ordering tool; it does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
• By using our Service you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• Prescription products may only be ordered by or on behalf of the person named on a valid, current prescription issued by a licensed healthcare professional in Kenya.

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including names, descriptions, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.

Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed by our team via WhatsApp before any order is fulfilled.

Orders are initiated through our website and completed via WhatsApp communication with our pharmacy team. An order is only confirmed when you receive explicit confirmation from our team.

Payment is handled directly with our team and is not processed through the website. We accept M-Pesa, cash, and other methods as agreed with our staff. We do not store any payment details on our systems.

For prescription-only medicines (POM), you must upload a valid prescription from a registered healthcare professional before an order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any product where:

• A prescription appears invalid, expired, or has been altered.
• We have reasonable concern about the safety of the customer.
• The prescription does not meet Kenyan regulatory requirements.

Uploading a fraudulent or forged prescription is a criminal offence under Kenyan law. Mauleni Chemist will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in such cases.

Delivery availability, times, and fees are subject to your location within Nairobi and will be communicated to you via WhatsApp. We aim to fulfil orders promptly but do not guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery is carried out by our own riders or trusted third-party courier partners.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health and safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns of dispensed medicines. Exceptions may be made where:

• An incorrect product was delivered.
• A product was delivered in a damaged or compromised condition.
• A product is recalled by the manufacturer or regulatory authority.

All return and refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
